And YET another one! »

And another one!

At least as good as the BBC interview I linked to in my previous post is the one by Jessica Duchen (apparently, she talked to Zimerman this April, or thereabouts). Check out her blog post where she introduces it, the post contains a link to the pdf of the whole article (or just click here right away, if you’re really that anxious :roll: ). I find three things especially exciting about these two interviews: 1) Zimerman’s plan to return to Lutosławski’s Piano Concerto to mark the 20th anniversary of that piece (how time flies!), 2) his plan to finally record a Szymanowski recital, 3) and a disc of Chopin sonatas!

Anyone else excited by these prospects? :mrgreen:

    Jessica Duchen has also written an excellent biography of Erich Wolfgang Korngold (not Polish, but still alright…)
